Prayer of Thanksgiving: God of all good things, we thank you for the bountiful lives you give each of us. When we feel that we have nothing, you remind us that we are someone precious to you. When we have more fruit than we can manage, you encourage us share what we have with one another. How beneficial is the community in which you have made for us? Lovelier than any flower. Sweeter than any fruit. For all this, we give our things as we are able. Desiring to show our love for the good that you are. Amen.

Prayer of Confession: Father God, you have called us to grow as individuals of faith. You nurse us with community. You offer us love eternal and forgiveness in abundance. You ensure that the ground under our feet can support us. For you tell your followers to not be stumbling block to the little children from coming to you, so to do you remove the stumbling blocks in our lives. When you encourage us to raise our heads to face your truth like a blooming flower shy to face the light of the sun. We to refuse and keep to the sight we would rather see. Lord you are the good gardener, who had done everything you can for your body the vine. Yet we are prone to produce wild grapes unfit for your work. Unfit to show the world the fruit of your love. For that we ask for your forgiveness God. We know that we need to look at ourselves at such times and turn to you for remembrance of what will create in our lives fruitful grapes worth barring. That we might raise our heads like the truly bloome...

 Prayer of Adoration:          God of all that tis good, we give you thanks for this day. The chance to see the changes of beautiful colors in the trees. The cool air that breaks the heat of the sunny day. The life of nature preparing it self for the coming winter. We to try to prepare for the winter days in different ways. We fear how long the snow may last. How ice can cause us to fall and trip. We wonder how to stay warm in such a cold times as winter. Yet by your grace we do find warmth. We are able to plan along side nature in the change seasons you have in store for us. Even when we find our selves lacking, Lord God, you always find a way to met our needs.  For this we give you our thanks. Amen. 

 Hello everyone, I am thank full to you who find this blog and it's content helpful.  I know that I have been slowing down on writing daily prayers these last few days. I have been feeling a need lately to show down and reschedule my time these days. When I started this blog, I had a set schedule for when I could find time to work on this spiritual discipline. Now that I am in a time of transition, it has been harder to find a new daily rhythm. I will say that I plan to take a break for the rest of this week from the daily prayers. That why I can work on how to manage my time each day better by next week and each week moving forward.  Thank you for your understanding and I will be posting again soon. 

 Prayer of Discernment:     God of all, There are times when I feel like my life is at a crossroads. I on my own can not see what lays on the other side of either path. I can not know for sure what road will lead me to were I need to be. I can not see what road will lead to happiness. I do not know if any or if both roads will lead to challenges, bitterness, or feelings of brokenness. If I should take one road I will never know what is on the other road. So I stand here at this crossroads and ask for your help. For alone I know not what plan you have for me. I only know of my own hearts desires. I know I can be lead astray and easily led to wonder with no path before me. It is in times such as this, I know to come before you and ask for your hand to guid me to the places you desire for me. I know that your ways are good. I ask for your help in this time, and that your will be done in my life. This I pray in your holy name. Amen. 

Prayer of Adoration: God of the seasons, you remind us how life is made for changes. We know when seeds are sown, know what they need to grow. Yet we do not often see the change of roots breaking free. Often, we see leaves and buds, but we do not the effort involved that it takes for a plant to even break the surface of the soil to bask in the sun light after being in the dark for so long. And when the flower shows their faces, we celebrate the gift of its life and beauty matured in our world. By through it all, in each step, you have been delighted the whole time. And even when the flower wilts and withers lord it’s true beauty does not escape your eyes. Though we may not truly see it or acknowledge it. Like the flowers life you look and grow our lives. You delight and tend to us. That the garden of your creation my show of your own beauty and wonder the tells of your work, self, and love. For this we give you thanks. Prayer of Thanksgiving:             God of creation, we thank you for the gift of all life. We are thankful for the animals that keep us company. For the animals that help provide us resources, we need to survive. For the wonder of animals wild and full of wonder as they play their part in creation to help keep order and balance to our world, you have made. In their lives, we see the good you do for our world Lord God. For all this wonder and love we give you thanks. Amen.   Because I watched my dog playing, I prayed: God, how does this animal have more energy than I have? That this dog has so much energy to run around circles around me.  Will I ever be able to keep up with them, or will they learn to calm down over time? I am thankful they are well and can celebrate each day with high spirits and energy.  All to celebrate you. Amen. 

Prayer of Confession:             Amazing God, we see the life that you have sprung from the earth. Marvel at the cleverness, strength, adaptability your creation shows. Yet we really don’t follow that same trust every day. There are times when we see breakthroughs in discovery is threatening things then wonders to marvel as it gives us an opportunity to reflect on how you engage in our world. There are times when we fear strength and we lament not having strength. You’re reluctant to acknowledge that others have gifts we do not, nor do we say celebrates the unique gifts and strengths that you have given us. Not to divide us or just say that we are any better or worse than others, but rather to show us how we are equal. Yet, we turn a blind eye to make ourselves feel better.
